oh my god it's windy and sunny

Wedding fashion blogging: Today’s outfit for the actual ceremony and reception.

It is an outdoor wedding during one of the most awkward times of year: no longer summer, not quite autumn. I’m trying to straddle that boundary by going with some autumnal browns and rust up top but sticking with the off-white chinos. The sweater will help keep the look together while I have my jacket off (since it is going to be near 80 and sunny during the day) but the layers will function well as night sets in (supposed to drop into the 40s).

Anyway, the finishing touch here is this beautiful late 20s/early 30s watch I snagged on Etsy for a fair deal. (No, it is not 6:15 where I am, I just haven’t wound the thing yet today.)
