While I have mixed feelings about fun. getting popular (super happy for the band, super tired of hearing them get worn out on the radio)… I have to say that they make me super happy and almost everything they touch is gold.
Including their live cover of Call me Maybe.
While this doesn’t at all top the Roots with Jimmy Fallon and CRJ covering this on elementary school band room instruments, it does - I think - capture a lot of the bare elements that make this song so goddamn, skin-crawlingly awesome.
