Close. Given that I was only looking for a sublet for summer, it was easiest to find one near the U of M campus, since a lot of students have vacated this time of year. I managed to snag a studio in Marcy-Holmes, though, so I’m not firmly in Dinkytown or anything, and it is just a quick jog over to NE (oh, and I’m just three blocks from the Stone Arch Bridge, which is also nice).
